A Yugoslavian physicist discovered the benefits of grapefruit seed extract over twelve years ago. This seed oil extract has been used to help maintain the correct balance of intestinal microflora. Biocidin provides a concentrated form of grapefruit seed extract and is best used in conjunction with a low yeast and low sugar diet. A higher strength grapefruit seed extract, Biocidin Forte, is also available along with a liquid grapefruit seed extract, Liquid Biocidin, which is ideal for those who have difficulty in swallowing capsules.
