Lamberts® Cod Liver Oil 1000mg is one of the strongest available with a total of 300mg omega 3 fatty acids per capsule including 140mg of EPA and 110mg of DHA which is a lot higher than many of the high potency fish oil products on the market. This really is a one-a-day cod liver oil by virtue of its excellent omega 3 content.

Each capsule also contains vitamin A, required for healthy skin, hair and nails; vitamin D which is vital for healthy bones and teeth and is enriched with 100% RDA of vitamin E to preserve the oil’s freshness.
