In the 17th Century this handsome sunflower made the journey across the Atlantic from its native America. Said to taste like the artichoke, the ‘Sunseeker’ (‘Gensirola’ in Italian) soon became a staple food throughout Europe. Alfred Vogel knew its usefulness and recommended it in his writings.

Ingredients:
Tinctures of organically grown fresh Helianthus tuberosus (Jerusalem Artichoke) roots, extracted in alcohol (50% v/v).

Directions for use:
Adults: 15 drops in a little water, 3 times daily. For best results take continuously for 12 weeks.
Maintenance: 15 drops in a little water, once daily with the main meal.
Those under the age of 18 or wishing to lose large amounts of weight should consult their doctor or healthcare professional before using this product
