Recommended daily intake:
2 tablets daily for a minimum of 6 months - taken with water, one in the morning and one in the evening approximately 20 to 30 minutes after food. Each box of Nourkrin contains 60 tablets (3 tablets daily are recommended for those over 80kg in weight and heavy smokers); thereafter we recommend that you continue with Nourkrin Maintain.
