docosahexanaenoic acid (DHA). Essential fatty acids are integral components in the diet for the normal development of the brain, nervous system and for the maintenance of healthy eyesight. Fish oils have been shown to help maintain normal blood lipid levels and support the integrity and mobility of the joints.

Recommended Intake
