Product Details Bioflavonoids are naturally occurring, organic plant pigments. One of the richest sources of bioflavonoids is found in the pulp and rind of citrus fruits and vegetables whilst rutin is a bioflavonoid found in the buckwheat plant.
In nature, bioflavonoids occur alongside vitamin C and appear to assist in the availability and use of this vitamin. They also play an important role in maintaining the health of the blood vessels since they support collagen integrity.
Vitamin C is an important anti-oxidant and free radical scavenger needed for tissue repair.
Each tablet supplies a combination of 500mg of vitamin C and 200mg of bioflavonoids (including rutin).

Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.
Dosage 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.
