DIRECTIONS: Adults: For acute symptoms take 2 x 15ml spoonfuls of Silicea Gastrointestinal Gel in a large glass of water or juice, at least 30 minutes before each meal. When acute symptoms have eased, treatment can be continued for a few days by taking one 15ml spoonful 3 times each day.
